Claire Gearon is a leadership development specialist and organisational development practitioner with extensive experience in the NHS, international consultancy, and global industry. She has spent her career helping leaders, teams and organisations build capability, strengthen culture and navigate complex change.
She is known for creating engaging, practical and impactful leadership and management programmes, delivering strategic talent management that can be delivered through practical team engagement, and supporting organisations through meaningful cultural and organisational development work. Having held 2 leadership positions focused on leadership development and organisiaton development in the NHS, and as Head of Leadership Development for in Emirates Global Aluminium at a time of growth and innovation, Claire specialises in creating effective programmes to enable managers to deliver strategic change.
Claire founded Transform Leadership to offer engaging, human centred and effective development that helps leaders and organisations grow with confidence, clarity and purpose. Claire partners with subject matter experts in finance, organisation design and HR operations services to develop and deliver customsied programmes to meet individual client needs.
